Job Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic programs while providing executive-level support to senior leadership. This position combines project coordination, business analytics, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
What you will do
Support the Program Manager in the execution and monitoring of strategic programs and projects.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities,



and communicate findings to leadership.
Analyze operational and business data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, status reports, and project documentation.
Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and overall program performance.
Coordinate cross-functional activities among internal teams and corporate stakeholders.
Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports for leadership reviews.
Manage the Director’s calendar, including meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, executive events, and corporate visit logistics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
Facilitate follow-up meetings, document action items, and ensure timely completion of commitments and deliverables.
