The NDT Technician performs Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections and
evaluations on materials, components, and finished products in accordance with
established procedures, specifications, and quality standards. This role is
responsible for ensuring product quality, identifying defects, maintaining
process compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the
manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

* Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) processes using method sheets,
drawings, and applicable specifications as required.
* Inspect materials and components to ensure product quality and process
compliance.
* Conduct process monitoring activities, including checklists, audits, and
routine maintenance tasks.
* Investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective actions and
process improvements.
* Train new and existing technicians on proper NDT procedures, techniques, and
best practices.
* Ensure the NDT area complies with all applicable specifications (e.g., PPS,
WP, MS) and reporting requirements.




* Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in accordance with
quality standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency,
quality, and safety.
* Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve
technical and quality-related issues.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar
role.
* Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to read and interpret diagrams, technical drawings, and process
documentation.
* Experience using measuring and test equipment.
* TIG welding knowledge is a plus.
* Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and
specifications.
