What You’ll Build
The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a integral-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP Mexico Intern - Human Resources Business Partner
Location: CDMX, México
Expected Start: October 2026*
Duration: 18 Months
To learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Will be sitting next to HRBP Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:
Face to face interaction with employees and managers
Support to HRBP team in processing daily requests: HRBP assignment, Organizational Maintenance, Data changes
Support HRBPs on different HR and organizational projects, creating reports from different sources and data analysis
Lead and implement different hr initiatives.
Responding frequent asked questions
Update information on the Human Capital Management system.
Provide HR information to the other areas.
Generate reports and analytics.
Work closely with colleagues in other teams and other locations in Latin America.
