Job Description:
Xvantage Integrations Advisor LATAM
Customer Growth & Platform Adoption
Mission: Drive customer growth by accelerating the adoption of Xvantage integration solutions across Latin America.
About the Role
As a Xvantage Integrations Advisor LATAM, you will help customers identify and implement integration strategies that improve efficiency, increase platform adoption, and support business growth.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and guide customers through their onboarding journey while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery sessions to identify integration and automation opportunities.
Recommend solutions leveraging APIs, ETO, Integration Hub, MCP, and other Xvantage capabilities.
Qualify, manage, and advance opportunities within the XI Growth Pipeline.
Drive customer onboarding and platform adoption.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and customer outcomes.
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Technology Sales, Business Development, or Digital Commerce.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading customer-facing workshops.
Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
