Role Overview
The Business System Practitioner evaluates current business performance, identifies gaps in critical areas, and supports the development and execution of improvement plans. You will work across functions to strengthen operating performance, monitor progress, and help ensure actions are implemented on time and deliver the intended results.
What will you do?




Evaluate current-state performance across manufacturing or customer-related operations and identify where gaps limit efficient execution.
Partner with stakeholders to establish practical improvement plans that address priority business needs.
Track progress against actions, milestones, and expected outcomes, escalating barriers when needed.
Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and verify that updates are adopted effectively and on time.
Use continuous improvement methods to help teams strengthen performance, standardize work, and sustain gains.
Facilitate workshops, Kaizens, and other improvement activities that accelerate problem solving and implementation.
Document progress, lessons learned, and results so improvements can be shared and repeated across the organization.
