Job Description Summary
We are looking for a communications professional to support North America Benefits & Rewards communications and US Internal Communications. This role is approximately 50% Benefits & Rewards communications and 50% US Internal Communications, reporting to the Director, Employee Experience & Change Communications and partnering closely with P&O;, Communications, and business stakeholders.

The role will support the development, coordination, and execution of employee communications that help employees understand benefits, rewards, people initiatives, organizational updates, and key business priorities. The successful candidate will translate complex business and P&O; information into clear, employee-friendly content and help ensure communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time.
This role will also play an important part in supporting employee engagement activities, town halls, leadership meetings, recognition programs, and other employee-facing events that strengthen the employee experience and bring company priorities to life.

Key Responsibilities
Benefits & Rewards Communications
· Support communications for North America Benefits & Rewards programs, including benefits updates, annual enrollment, compensation cycles, wellbeing initiatives, and people policies.
· Draft and update employee-facing communications, including emails, intranet content, FAQs, presentations, and toolkits.
· Help simplify complex P&O;, benefits, and rewards information into clear, actionable employee messaging.
