The Manager Product Integrations is responsible for defining and executing the integral integration, implementation, and delivery strategy across products, platforms, and services. This role owns the end-to-end client onboarding, product integration, and delivery lifecycle, ensuring scalable, consistent, and high-quality execution while aligning customer outcomes with business objectives.
The Manager serves as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer teams, driving delivery excellence,



operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across regions and market segments.

Role

• Own the global integration and delivery strategy, establishing the long-term vision, operating model, and OKRs for the Integrations & Delivery organization.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and technical integration lifecycle for strategic customers, partners, and complex multi-product deployments.
• Define and govern integration blueprints, delivery methodologies, implementation frameworks, and operational standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products and regions.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure delivery readiness for new products, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
• Establish strong relationships with regional delivery leaders, implementation teams, and client stakeholders to align priorities, remove obstacles
