YOUR TEAM
BlackRock’s Outsourced Platform Services (OPS) provides integral middle- and back-office support for BlackRock Solutions’ outsourcing business, delivering operational excellence across trade support, transaction servicing, collateral management, data governance, payments, corporate actions, reconciliations, alternative operations, and investment accounting.
Global Client Alternative Services (GCAS), a specialized team within Tech & Ops under OPS, supports middle-office and outsourcing solutions for clients investing across Alternatives and Private Markets. The team is responsible for maintaining the integrity of cash and position data, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to manage risk, support investment operations, and ensure the accuracy of portfolio records across complex alternative asset classes. GCAS plays a critical role in supporting BlackRock’s growing private markets platform through operational excellence, innovation, and client-focused service.
YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT
As an Associate within Global Client Alternative Services,



you will support a broad range of private market and loan operations activities across alternative investment strategies. The role requires deep knowledge of private credit, real assets, project finance, and loan operations, combined with strong analytical, reconciliation, and exception management capabilities. You will work closely with clients, counterparties, agents, borrowers, and internal partners to ensure operational accuracy, manage risk, enhance controls, and support scalable operating models that drive exceptional client outcomes.
