We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Mexican media culture, knows how to turn a product launch into a cultural moment, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. This is a rare opportunity to shape how Mexicans discover and fall in love with products like Alexa, Echo, Kindle, Fire TV, Ring, Blink and Amazon Leo — working at the intersection of technology, culture, and storytelling, building campaigns that resonate locally while connecting to a general brand.
Develop and lead proactive creative PR campaigns, delivering clear, results-focused reports linked back to business goals. Plan and execute product and service launches with precision, measuring success against pre-defined objectives.




Work with external PR agencies to develop and implement proactive PR plans for devices and services. Turn fast-moving news cycles into opportunities — protecting and elevating Amazon's reputation as an innovator in real time, and successfully navigating complex, unexpected communications challenges.
Collaborate with PR teams across Amazon — from Stores to AWS to Prime Video — to maximize opportunities and implement holistic, integrated campaigns.
7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
~ Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
~ Experience in media relations and issues management
~ Experience with written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses
~ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Autonomous multi-project management
Knowledge of emerging communications channels and content creators
Comfortable using AI tools for research and conten
