Executive Assistant – Systematic Commodities Hedge Fund Moreton Capital Partners is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Investment Officer and leadership team, enabling the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing, ambitious, and technology-driven hedge fund.
This role is best suited to someone highly proactive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and can confidently manage competing priorities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise the CIO’s schedule, priorities, and workflow
Coordinate investor, broker, and partner meetings end-to-end
Handle complex calendar management across multiple time zones (Google Workspace)
Coordinate travel, logistics, and execution for research and investor trips
Prepare and organise investor materials, reporting packs, and data rooms
Support internship and recruiting coordination, including liaising with universities and external partners
Oversee vendors, office operations, and administrative processes
Maintain organised documentation,



contracts, and internal systems
Drive internal projects across operations, hiring, and infrastructure
Ensure timelines and priorities remain on track across teams
Act as a central coordination point across leadership, research, and external stakeholders
Handle ad hoc tasks critical to the firm’s execution

Requirements
5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
Strong technical proficiency, including Google Workspace, Excel, and AI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
