LI-Hybrid Team Overview:
We are looking for a responsible Sr Quality assurance specialist in the Chargeback or Fraud.
- The position is complex.
This person have to identify opportunity areas, solving problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area regarding collection process.
- He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
- The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct Collection process.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring to the internal, BPO, Collection operations process, offer feedback and advice
- Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records
- Propose improvements to the process
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and report any deviation
- Good communication skills
- Make metrics and presentations
- Align process with China
Role Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Collections process by phone
