Your Role
- As a Reporting Analyst, you will support the transformation and modernization of reporting capabilities by developing analytics and operational reports that enable the migration from one platform to another.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical experts to deliver accurate, scalable, and actionable insights that support contact center performance and decision-making.
- This role is suited for professionals with solid experience in SQL and reporting development, with Snowflake as the primary technical skill.
- Experience with Tableau and/or Business Objects is highly valued,



along with exposure to contact center data and operational reporting.

Your Profile
- 6+YOE working in similar roles to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through strong SQL expertise and a data-driven mindset.
- Snowflake, Business Objects, and visualization tools such as Tableau to deliver scalable, accurate, and business-focused reporting solutions.
- Demonstrate analytical curiosity and problem-solving skills by identifying trends, data quality issues, and opportunities to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating business requirements into impactful analytics while fostering a culture of teamwork, trust, and innovation.
