Requisitos indispensables:
- Lic Medicina ( titulo y cedula en regla )
- Mestría en salud ocupacional o diplomado
- 4 años de experiência en salud pcupacional y HS&E;

ACTIVIDADES

Mexico - Full HSE Operational Responsibility

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements related to:
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) and Civil Protection regulations
- Environmental compliance applicable to offices
- Emergency preparedness and evacuation protocols

Additional responsibilities include:
- Annual medical examinations




- Occupational health follow-up
- Employee medical consultations and emergency response
- Mental health follow-up in coordination with HR
- Onboarding and employee safety awareness
- Monthly health and safety trainings/workshops
- Ergonomics, psychosocial risks, fire prevention, first aid, earthquake preparedness, and emergency brigades
- Development of annual health programs based on employee medical trends

LATAM Regional HSE Oversight

In addition to Mexico operations, the role provides regional oversight for Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.

Colombia & Brazil
- Supervision of local Safety Technicians
- Follow-up on legal documentation and compliance requirements
- Guidance and support to ensure timely execution of HSE activities

Peru & Chile
- Leadership of safety committees
- Oversight of legal documentation and safety protocols
- Coordination with external HSE specialists
- Verification of eme
