Project overview: The client is evolving its marketing and personalization capabilities toward a Platform Engineering model on Google Cloud Platform (GCP/BigQuery). Rather than configuring packaged SaaS tools in isolation, the initiative is building a proprietary personalization platform that acts as an abstraction layer over the vendor ecosystem, centralizing business rules, customer signal flows, and algorithmic decision making. The goal is a technology agnostic architecture that removes vendor lock in, protects the company's IP, and enables the current SaaS stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MMP, AdTech APIs) to be optimized or replaced without disrupting operations or frontend channels. The stack centers on GCP/BigQuery, event driven integration, API gateways, REST APIs, real time decision making, and GenAI use cases.

Position overview:



We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and govern the architecture of the client's MarTech/AdTech ecosystem. This is a design and governance oriented role focused on defining integration blueprints between the data cloud, the core CRM, the MMP, and communication channels, while ensuring scalability, security, data governance, and the decoupling of legacy systems. The architect owns reference architectures, technology evaluations, and integration security across a complex, multinational enterprise landscape.
- Responsibilities: Design and maintain reference architecture blueprints for omnichannel data flows, real time decision making, and GenAI use cases.
- Define integration patterns between GCP/BigQuery, the core CRM, the MMP, and communication channels, while decoupling legacy systems.
