- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required. 5 years of experience on HR function or Hr Generalist.Position Purpose:
Works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organization´s objectives.Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through adaptable and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan.
