About the Role

Mold Shop Technician provides excellent support to the Workshop area, repairing high tolerance molds, provides solutions to repair the molds by himself, preventive maintenance and decision making.

What You Will Do
- Corrective Mold Maintenance
- High tolerance mold repair.
- Preventive mold maintenance.




- Mould construction (cavity, cores, inserts, etc.).
- Implementation of engineering change.
- Maintenance of electrical and hydraulic molds.
- Repair of electrical and hydraulic molds.
- Handling of precision tools.
- Hot runner cleaning and repair.
- Grinding, Lathe, Welding and Polishing.
- Maintaining 5S workplace.

What You Need to Be Successful
- 5 years of experience in plastic injection mold workshop.
- Expertise in molds, valve gates and Hot Runner System
- Experience in wire, EDM, CNC, Rectifiers and milling machines
- Basic experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience in handling hand tools
- Forklift Handling and Operation
- High School
- Basic English
