Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Analytics(Senior Web Analytics Developer)

Given this breadth of coverage, we are in a unique position to learn more about the consumer’s journey than most other players in our space, and effective data collection is key to fueling those downstream insights.
LeadVenture is looking for a Digital/Web Analyst Specialist to build and maintain a state-of-art digital analytics program, to provide digital analytics insights across multiple web platforms and thousands of sites. This individual will play an essential role in the organization by providing effective insights to understand the customer journey and how to optimize websites for customer success. This person will also oversee the data collection with various LeadVenture's digital intelligence systems and be the steward of data transformation and third-party integration with a Tag Management System.
This will include working together with the Analytics Team Lead and Product Owner, directly with LeadVenture’s data lake engineers and stakeholders across the organization, including Marketing, Operations, Sales, IT, and more.

- Become a go-to SME regarding tracking and analytics tooling
- Design, build, test, monitor, and provide quality assurance of our Web data layer and web tags/pixels
- Analyze business requirements. Clearly articulate the 'why' in addition to the 'what' while educating business stakeholders on digital analytics
- Mapping core/enterprise tracking to third-party agencies
- Manage troubleshooting to identify missing or misconfigured tagging needed for reporting and analysis
