Job Summary:
What will you do:
- Plan, launch, and oversee Lean projects across multiple departments to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality; communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maximize individual contributions, foster professional growth, and promote effective collaboration.
- Design and deliver training programs on Lean and Six Sigma principles; mentor employees and identify high-impact projects for implementation.
- Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma frameworks, tools,
and systems to support continuous improvement and business process optimization.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the field
- Expert Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management
- Expert in Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Expert in Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent English
