About the Position:
We are looking for a Warehouse General Supervisor to join the Electronics Business Marelli Team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.

As the Warehouse General Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations,



ensuring efficient handling and storage of electronic components and finished goods. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to optimize operations in alignment with Marelli's standards and goals.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of products.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards are met, and products are handled according to specified procedures to prevent damage
