General Summary:
The Office of the CMO is looking for a Marketing specialist to scale Marketing’s internal engagement, content and communication. This role drives end-to-end program execution across key channels and experiences—including the Integral Marketing Summit and All Hands content, learning and development offerings, marketing internship program, and culture initiatives.

Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
- Strong expertise in building and managing internal content platforms across Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint, intranets, resource hubs), including governance models, information architecture, and content strategy.
- Advanced program and project management capabilities, including experience using tools such as Workfront and Jira to structure work,



align stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proven ability to design and lead engaging events, forums, and learning experiences, including agenda development, speaker partnership, logistics, and executive-ready materials.
- Analytical and systems-oriented mindset, leveraging data and engagement metrics to assess effectiveness, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

This is an office based position in Mexico City that is expected to comply with the Company's onsite work policy.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communication
