Additionally, this role requires coordination with all functional and service groups to meet customer needs. It also involves driving team performance to meet or exceed financial plans and strategic objectives, while motivating staff to foster a high-performance culture. This position has responsability to promote the safety, quality and continuous improvement (CIF) culture, throughout Eaton Business System (EBS). nnJob Responsibilitiesnn\- Production planning review and attainment. n\- Coordinate daily production. nu2022 Prepare and send production daily report. nu2022 Coordinate, leverage, and utilize appropriately resources to resolve safety, quality and manufacturing situations in order to improve processes and meet external and internal customer demands. nu2022 Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better performance. nu2022 Coordinate and administer employees: HR incidents (attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, and permissions). nu2022 Act as a business partner by planning, initiating, leading, measuring, monitoring and assessing continuous improvement programs and manufacturing process improvements by applying appropriate Eaton Business Systems (EBS) processes and problem solving tools such as ELSS (Eaton Lean Sis Sigma), Operational Assessment (OPA) and 5S+.



nu2022 Coordinate with Human Resources in the selection, promotion, counseling, lay off and termination of employees using Eaton guidelines and policies. nu2022 Monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficiency, safe and ergonomic conditions in the area. nu2022 Implement, promote and maintain a safe and ergonomic work environment by implementing a culture of zero accidents. Investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and manage risk and hazards in your own area. nu2022 Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.nnnnn#LI-KL1nn## Qualifications:nnEducation level required nnBacheloru2019s degree required preferably in an engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related).nnYears and area of experience required nn * 3 to 5 years experience in a related manufacturing or engineering environmentn * At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory rolennnnTechnical knowledge nn * Strong knowledge of fabrication process: Stamping, Die cut and punching.
