- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and facilities.
- Monitor performance of machinery and equipment, addressing any issues promptly.
- Lead and train the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,



Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience leading maintenance functions at a managerial level within industrial manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience managing large maintenance organizations and multiple technical disciplines.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Proven track record improving reliability, maintenance performance, and operational results.
