In this role, you will provide technical support and maintenance services across the CDMX and Hidalgo zones, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the region.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertisePerform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment to ensure optimal operational performanceInstall, configure, and optimize equipment systems according to customer specifications and industry standardsDocument all service activities, repairs,
