Position Summary
The Client Director (Mexico City) is responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts for CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite Partner. This role focuses on cultivating and leveraging relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to identify opportunities, close large-scale enterprise deals, and accelerate CoreX’s growth in Mexico City. The idóneo candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building strong relationships, and successfully selling complex ServiceNow solutions and services.
This is a remote position; candidates must be based in Mexico City and have prior experience selling across the territory.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within Mexico City territory




Leverage established relationships with ServiceNow sales teams, solution consultants, and ecosystem partners to generate and advance opportunities.
Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts, focusing on multi-year, high-value engagements.
Drive account growth by expanding services within existing customer accounts.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate CoreX’s value proposition and differentiation.
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutions, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities.
Stay informed on ServiceNow product offerings, ecosystem developments, and industry trends to effectively position CoreX’s services.
Accurately forecast pipeline, report on activity, and maintain CRM records.
Represent CoreX at regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
