In this role, you will design, scale, and optimize cloud infrastructure while collaborating with a distributed LATAM DevOps team supporting general clients. You will take ownership of reliability, automation, and performance across production workloads, strengthening platform stability and enabling continuous delivery across complex cloud and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure with engineers and architects to improve reliability and support production workloads
Own infrastructure automation and operational improvements that increase consistency, performance, and platform stability across environments
Collaborate with development, architecture, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions
Manage Kubernetes environments and application deployments using Helm, reducing operational risks and supporting stable releases
Build infrastructure automation with Terraform and configuration management tools to enable repeatable and efficient provisioning
Develop CI/CD pipelines using modern delivery tools to streamline testing, deployment, and release processes
Implement monitoring, alerting, and DevSecOps practices to improve observability, security, and early issue detection
Support incident response and troubleshooting, resolving complex infrastructure issues and driving continuous platform improvements
Requirements
Advanced experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and application deployment using Helm
Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking protocols, and command-line troubleshooting in production environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for scalable and repeatable infrastructure provisioning
Practical experience with configuration management tools such as Salt, Chef, or Puppet
Proficient scripting skills
