Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Editor / Strategist to create and develop short-form content for the personal brands of FRIDAY salespeople and other individuals we choose to build content around.
The role is primarily focused on short-form video editing, with the opportunity to grow into content strategy, planning, and social media management.
We’re looking for someone who can do more than follow editing instructions — someone who can understand an audience, research content opportunities, suggest ideas, and take ownership of the creative process.

Key Responsibilities
Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks,



and other short-form content
Create carousels and Stories when needed
Research social media trends, audiences, competitors, and content opportunities
Review assigned social media pages and recommend improvements
Develop and pitch content ideas, hooks, and creative concepts
Help plan and organize content calendars
Join calls with the personal brand owner and Anastasia to discuss content and strategy
Apply feedback and ensure content is polished, engaging, and on-brand
Gradually take more ownership of content strategy and account management

Requirements
Proven experience editing short-form video content
Strong portfolio featuring Reels, Shorts, TikToks, or similar content
Experience with content that achieved strong views or engagement is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills
Good understanding of social media platforms and short-form conte
