Job Description
The Cost Engineer is responsible for analyzing, calculate, and optimizing product and manufacturing costs to support Bosch’s profitability and competitiveness goals. This role collaborates with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing,



and finance teams to evaluate cost drivers, develop cost models, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support sourcing and product development decisions. The Cost Engineer ensures accurate cost forecasting, conducts value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) activities, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency while maintaining Bosch’s quality and performance standards.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering; or a related technical field.
•3–5 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development, or a related engineering function.
•Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional activities.
•Solid technical background with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes as Stamping, Die casting or Machining, materi
