Role Description The Gerente de Operaciones at PERCHES GRAPHIC INDUSTRIES is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NLE. This role oversees daily production and operational workflows, ensuring that printing, packaging, and delivery processes run efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, allocating resources, monitoring KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Gerente de Operaciones manages project timelines, resolves operational issues, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations. This role also collaborates with senior leadership to optimize costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and support long-term growth.

Relevant experience in manufacturing, printing, or graphic industries operations is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency with ERP or production management systems and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
Ability to work on-site in Monterrey, NLE and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
