We are hiring one exceptional person to sit at the centre of everything we do for customers, from the first discovery call to the thousandth day of live operations. This is a wide-brief, high-ownership role with no fixed edges.

We hire for raw ability, work ethic, and judgement — not pedigree. No specific degree, supply chain background, or minimum years of work experience required. Recent graduates are genuinely welcome, and we pay top of market for the right person regardless of tenure. What we do require is listed below.

What you'll do

Discovery. Sit with dispatchers, warehouse managers, transport planners, and C-suite. Understand how their business really runs,



and translate it into requirements engineers can build against.
Pilot. Scope, configure, and run pilots end to end — and be honest with both the customer and us about what the results actually show.
Rollout. Own go-lives: data migration, integrations, configuration, training, cutover, and the unglamorous work of getting a sceptical night shift to trust a new system.
Daily operations. Stay with your accounts after launch. Triage issues, work incidents, chase root causes with engineering, and be the customer's trusted point of contact for as long as they're live.
Continuous improvement. You'll be closer to real usage than anyone in the company. Turn that into evidence engineering and leadership can act on — what's working, what's breaking, what needs to change — and drive the fixes through.
