Role Description This full-time remote Property Manager role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties managed by Virtual, Inc. The Property Manager will coordinate tenant communications,



respond to inquiries and service requests, and ensure that lease terms and property rules are consistently followed. Responsibilities include monitoring property maintenance needs, scheduling repairs and inspections, and partnering with vendors to maintain safe, clean, and compliant facilities. The role involves tracking occupancy, assisting with lease administration, supporting budgeting and expense management, and preparing regular reports on property performance. The Property Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, maintain accurate records, and use management systems and technology tools to support efficient, high-quality service delivery in a remote environment.
