What You'll Bring
Required




1–3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare IT or a related environment.
Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
Experience with ticketing or support systems.
Understanding of medication management workflows.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards; HIPAA preferred.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and research skills.
Clear and professional communication.
Proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach.
Commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to Have
Epic experience or certification.
EHR/EMR experience.
U.S. healthcare experience.
Healthcare technology or consulting experience.
