Job Description

Alcance del puesto:

Proactivamente llevar a cabo las auditorias diarias a fin de asegurar que los departamentos de importación de la Región cumplan con los más altos estándares de Aduanas y con las políticas de la empresa.

Principales tareas y responsabilidades:

Llevar a cabo revisiones diarias de las declaraciones de importación a través de IDMA (Import Daily Monitoring Application) de acuerdo con el Programa de Monitoreo Diario de Importaciones de Expeditors.
Control de expedientes con áreas de oportunidad, mediante los reportes utilizados por parte de la aplicación IDMA, (Open review, Pending review y Dashboard).
Asesoría interna en relación a los expedientes con áreas de oportunidad.
Apoyo con la actualización y carga de información
