We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer (Python / Node.js) to join our core product team
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, build, and maintain robust RESTful and event-driven APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI) and Node.js.
Design efficient database schemas and optimize query performance across PostgreSQL and caching layers (Redis).
Work closely with our Data Engineering team to ensure seamless event processing and analytics delivery into ClickHouse.
Implement secure, scalable webhook ingestion pipelines handling high volumes of concurrent user events.
Write clean, testable,



and well-documented code adhering to CI/CD and automated testing standards.
Technical Requirements:
5+ years (Senior) of backend software engineering experience with Python and/or Node.js.
Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORMs (Django ORM, Prisma, or TypeORM).
Hands-on experience with asynchronous task queues (Celery, BullMQ, or Redis streams).
Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments (AWS).
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills for daily remote collaboration.
