The Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting is responsible for delivering advanced workforce analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across North America. The role serves as a hands-on technical lead and subject matter expert for Workforce Analytics platforms, reporting architecture, dashboard development, data integration, governance, and reporting automation.

This position combines deep technical expertise with strong analytical, project leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. The Senior Specialist is responsible not only for designing and developing scalable reporting solutions, but also for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the function, including ServiceNow ticket resolution, troubleshooting, data validation, reporting requests, and continuous improvement of the reporting environment.

Working closely with HR, Employee Services, IT, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders across North America, this role translates business needs into scalable technical solutions,



leads reporting and analytics initiatives, establishes technical standards, and ensures data integrity and reporting consistency across multiple HR systems.

The role also provides technical leadership to the broader team through mentoring, knowledge sharing, prioritization, and coordination of reporting initiatives, while maintaining direct ownership and hands-on involvement in technical development and operational support.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
6+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics, HR Technology, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Reporting, or related areas.
Advanced hands-on expertise developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query solutions.
Strong SQL knowledge and demonstrated experience working with large and co
