Join KION Group IT as an SAP EWM / TM Specialist and help improve the warehouse and shipping solutions used across our integral organization. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to design practical SAP EWM solutions, support rollouts, and continuously improve logistics processes.
What you will do
• Analyze warehouse and shipping requirements and identify gaps against SAP standard capabilities.
• Design, configure, test, and improve SAP EWM solutions for inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal warehouse processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional designs, test scenarios, and implementation plans.
• Support implementations, rollouts, stabilization activities, and operational handovers.
• Work with SAP SD, MM, LE, ABAP, integration, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Advise internal customers and key users on SAP EWM capabilities and process improvements.
• Help investigate incidents and service requests and contribute to root-cause analysis.
What we are looking for




• 3–4+ years of hands-on SAP EWM functional consulting or comparable practical experience.
• Experience configuring SAP EWM and supporting warehouse processes.
• Participation in full-cycle implementations, rollouts, or major deployment workstreams.
• Good knowledge of inbound, outbound, internal movements, warehouse structure, handling units, RF, physical inventory, and master data.
• Experience integrating EWM with SAP SD, MM, or Logistics Execution.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
• Experience with SAP TM integration or shipping execution processes.
• Knowledge of decentralized EWM, migrations, PPF, BOPF, queues, interfaces, or ABAP debugging.
• Experience in an international SAP service, product, or delivery organization.
