CRM Specialist

Zeekr & Lynk & Co Mexico is seeking a CRM Specialist to lead the administration, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of our CRM platform across the national dealer network.

This role is critical to ensuring effective lead management, data quality, system integration, and compliance with commercial processes, ultimately helping maximize customer engagement and sales conversion throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration & Operations
Lead the implementation and deployment of the CRM platform across all dealerships.
Manage user access, profiles, permissions, and system configurations.
Ensure consistent CRM processes and standards throughout the network.
Monitor daily CRM performance and support operational continuity.

Dealer Network Support
Serve as the primary point of contact between dealerships, CRM vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with IT teams to identify and address system-related challenges.




Escalate critical issues impacting sales operations when necessary.

CRM Integrations & Data Management
Ensure seamless integration between CRM, DMS, and internal business systems.
Monitor data quality, consistency, and synchronization across platforms.
Support testing, validation, and deployment of new functionalities and integrations.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Track CRM adoption and dealer performance through key operational and sales metrics.
Monitor lead registration, response times, opportunity management, conversion rates, contact rates, and data quality.
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities to increase effectiveness across the sales funnel.
Develop executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytical tools.

Training & Continuous Improvement
Deliver CRM training and support to dealership teams and new users.
Create user guides, training materials, and best-practic
