What You'll Bring
Required
1–3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, patient access, scheduling, registration, referrals, ambulatory operations, healthcare IT, or a related environment.
Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
Experience with ticketing, support, scheduling, registration, CRM, or case management systems.
Understanding of patient access and/or healthcare administrative workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management mindset.
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
Commitment to continuous learning.
