Marketing Manager – Mexico

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a leading global healthcare company and support the growth and execution of its marketing initiatives in Mexico.

This is a hands-on marketing role adecuado for a professional who enjoys combining strategy with execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing projects and turning marketing plans into measurable actions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the local marketing strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, initiatives and product-related activities.
Coordinate medical congresses, events, workshops and other HCP engagement activities.
Work closely with external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Develop and coordinate marketing materials and communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local requirements.




Support digital marketing initiatives and patient-focused communication strategies.
Monitor marketing budgets, activities and timelines.
Track key marketing KPIs and prepare reports and insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and other cross-functional teams.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.
Support product launches, campaigns and other commercial initiatives.
Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable local regulations.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare or a related industry.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, agencies and multiple projects simultaneously.
