Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in Monterrey, NLE.



The Senior Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive sales of Bry-Air’s air treatment and dehumidification solutions across targeted industrial sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, proposing technically sound solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The role will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure successful installation and commissioning, and follow up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, support local marketing initiatives, participate in industry events, and report on sales activities and pipeline performance.
