Position Purpose

A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that helps communities recover after disasters and gets children back in school. The position is full-time and is responsible for managing the project workflow and ensuring the quality and safety of all work carried out.

This position is not available to U.S. citizens. Preference will be given to qualified Mexican nationals.

Start date is October 5, 2026.

Essential Functions

Manage one or more construction sites, ensuring contractor performance, quality, safety, and adherence to project scope, schedule, and All Hands and Hearts standards.
Supervise and coordinate contractors, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and verify work quality.
Develop and maintain weekly project schedules, progress forecasts, and accurate records of completed work and site activities.
Coordinate volunteer and corporate group visits, ensuring sites are prepared,



activities are organized, and participants have a safe and meaningful experience.
Provide on-site orientation and guidance for volunteer and corporate groups during site visits, ensuring compliance with site safety protocols.
In coordination with the Project Manager, implement site safety, quality, and operational protocols in accordance with the All Hands and Hearts Safety Management System.
Provide technical support and guidance to Site Supervisors and contribute to construction capacity-building activities as needed.
Support the Project Manager in preparing weekly and monthly project updates and other required reporting.
Perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements

Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training in building trades or related fields. Architect, civil engineering or structural engineering degree preferred.
