As part of Aon’s NA Talent Solutions Operations team, you will help enable better business outcomes by partnering with practice leadership to strengthen operating discipline, improve forecasting accuracy, and support and evolve core business process across the Talent Solutions portfolio, including vendor management support and support and execution on Talent and ABS initiatives.

What the day will look like
You will support the North America Talent Solutions business through a combination of business process support, analytics, and operational governance.
Key responsibilities include:




Supporting and enabling end‑to‑end business processes across NA Talent Solutions, including forecasting, utilization management, billing hygiene, revenue recognition support, capacity planning, and other core operating rhythms.
Partnering with business owners to document, standardize, and improve operational processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform.
Owning and enhancing management reporting and dashboards, with a strong emphasis on Power BI as the primary visualization and decision‑support tool.
Enabling business leaders with data and dashboards by translating complex data into clear, actionable, executive‑ready insights that inform decisions and priorities.
Acting as a trusted thought partner to practice and operations leaders by proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
