Key Responsibilities
Perform system-level testing and validation for automotive systems.
Develop and execute test cases and test scripts for HIL environments.
Configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain HIL test systems.
Perform automated testing using NI TestStand, AutomationDesk, ECU-Test, or similar tools.
Develop and debug automation scripts for testing and validation.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, OBD, J1939, and UDS.
Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to resolve test-related issues.
Support test documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in automotive testing or system validation.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.




Strong automotive domain experience with system testing.
Hands-on experience with HIL systems and troubleshooting.
Experience with HIL platforms/tools such as NI, dSPACE, Vector, or ETAS.
Hands-on experience with NI TestStand, AutomationDesk, ECU-Test, or similar test automation tools.
Good understanding of test automation scripting and debugging.
Knowledge of CAN, OBD, J1939, and UDS protocols.
Powertrain testing/validation experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
Knowledge of ECU testing and validation methodologies.
Experience with test execution, defect tracking, test reporting, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
