Key Responsibilities
Provide application and technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot incidents related to access, authentication, permissions, and application functionality.
Manage and resolve tickets within SLA targets.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required.
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
Continuously learn and develop Salesforce platform expertise.

What We're Looking For
✅ Experience in Application Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support
✅ Knowledge of:
Incident and ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
User access management and authentication concepts




Operating systems and enterprise applications
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
✅ Strong communication and documentation skills
✅ Advanced English communication (Versant C2 preferred)

Nice to Have
CRM or SaaS application support experience
Salesforce exposure or Salesforce Administrator Certification
ITIL Foundation Certification
Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, SQL, APIs, or integrations
