We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to support lifecycle campaign execution across multiple consumer brands in our portfolio, reaching players in the sports betting and casino gaming space. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer, with some hands-on experience through an internship or a first role, who wants to build a career in CRM and lifecycle marketing. This is a direct-to-consumer marketing role focused on engaging, retaining, and reactivating our existing player base through in-app messaging, push, and email, not a sales, business development, or lead generation position.
You'll support the CRM Manager and senior CRM specialists in building and QA'ing campaigns in Braze spanning onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation. This is a strong entry point into lifecycle marketing and marketing technology, with hands-on mentorship as you grow into more ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in building, testing, and deploying lifecycle campaigns across email, push,



and in-app messaging in Braze, under the guidance of senior team members
Support the setup of promotional campaigns targeted to specific player segments
Help maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and creative asset libraries across brands
Perform QA checks on dynamic content, personalization logic, segmentation, and deliverability
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to learn how CRM workflows are built and optimized
Support performance tracking and reporting on engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics, flagging anything that looks off
Contribute ideas and creative input to lifecycle and promotional initiatives

Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, ideally through an internship, co-op, or entry-level role; exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing is a strong plus
