About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. This role is idóneo for someone who already has hands-on experience with Salesforce development and wants to continue growing their technical and functional skills in a collaborative environment.
You will work closely with senior developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Configure Salesforce features such as flows, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Assist in the integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices.
Support testing activities,
including unit tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and deployment problems.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce development.
Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Basic understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL.
Experience working with Salesforce Flows and declarative tools.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience using Git or other version control systems.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
English proficiency sufficient for technical discussions and documentation.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator.
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitH
