Senior Workday Specialist at BairesDev
As a Senior Workday Specialist, you will oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Workday ecosystem across human capital and financial management domains. You will serve as a key technical authority, ensuring that the platform aligns seamlessly with complex organizational workflows and reporting requirements.
What You'll Do
Configure and optimize Workday HCM and Financial modules to support evolving business operations.
Design and build complex,
high-performance reports and custom calculated fields for advanced data analysis.
Build, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise integration processes and mass data updates.
Maintain and enhance the Business Process Framework and align security group assignments to ensure robust access control.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable system solutions.
