JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly organized Enterprise Project Manager with experience in transportation logistics to lead complex, cross-functional projects that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This individual will manage the entire project lifecycle—from planning and stakeholder engagement to execution and post-implementation review—ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The adecuado candidate is both technically proficient and business-savvy, with the ability to work across internal departments and directly with external customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
* Lead the execution of initiatives including system integrations, transportation optimization, new customer implementations, and business process improvements.
* Coordinate across internal departments (IT, Operations, Product Management, Commercial, Finance, QA) to drive deliverables and resolve issues.




* Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders including customers, technology vendors, and logistics partners.
* Facilitate customer onboarding, configuration planning, testing support, and transition to steady-state operations.
* Apply Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project type and scope.
* Conduct regular project status meetings, milestone reviews, and executive-level briefings on progress and risks.
* Ensure adherence to project governance standards, documentation requirements, and change control processes.
* Manage budgets, timelines, KPIs, and quality outcomes using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and driving process enhancements post-implementation.
