Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our team in Mexico. The idóneo candidate will have in-depth experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, supporting HR processes and system implementations tailored to business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of HR modules, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to drive system optimization and deliver effective HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and translate business needs into system enhancements.
Manage data integrity and ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies within the Oracle HCM system.
Assist in end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
and issue resolution during system upgrades or rollouts.
Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation for Oracle HCM functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM applications, coordinating with Oracle support as needed.
Participate in global and regional HCM projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and best practices.
Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud in a support or implementation role.
Solid knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
Experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools and analytics is preferred.
Familiarity with local Mexican labor laws and payro
