Nexaminds is looking for a Principal Backend Engineer to serve as a core technical leader across our backend systems and deployment infrastructure. In this role, you will define architectural standards, bridge the gap between software engineering and cloud platform automation, and design resilient, enterprise-scale systems. You will not only build mission-critical services and CI/CD orchestration, but also guide technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and influence engineering strategy across teams.

Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep mastery of backend development using Java (Java 11/17+).
Proven Architectural Expertise in designing, scaling, and maintaining distributed microservices architectures and API platforms using Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
Strong DevOps Leadership & Mindset: Extensive experience defining deployment workflows, advanced deployment patterns (blue/green, canary, progressive delivery), and enterprise configuration management.
