We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to serve as the key link between our local business teams and the HQ IT organization. This role will focus on understanding business needs in the Mexican market and collaborating closely with headquarters to ensure that core business systems, particularly DMS, CRM, and ERP platforms, effectively support commercial operations and business growth.
The adecuado candidate combines strong business understanding, project management capabilities, and hands-on experience with automotive industry systems.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with local business departments to gather, analyze, and document system and process requirements.
Act as the bridge between local stakeholders and the HQ IT development team.
Support the implementation and enhancement of core business systems, including DMS, CRM, and ERP solutions.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive projects to successful completion.
Lead user training, system adoption initiatives, and advanced end-user support.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
Serve as the first point of contact for local system-related issues and coordinate with HQ teams to resolve complex incidents.
Monitor system performance and help ensure operational stability and business continuity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with strong knowledge of business processes and systems used in the Mexican market.
Proven experience working with DMS, CRM, ERP, or other automotive business applications.
Strong business analysis and project management skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Fluency in English and Spanish. Chinese language skills are a plus.
